Site-specific performance / 45 minutes / for all ages
Show supported by Perform Europe project
A multidisciplinary site-specific performance combining aerial circus, dance, acrobatic partnering, and live music, where a tree becomes the scenography, the stage, and the protagonist.
Through a fusion of circus, theatre, and music, the performance narrates the death of the tree while celebrating its life: a poetic journey through memory and gratitude.
We inhabit the tree with our movement and music, paying homage to its majesty. Guided by the branches it offers, we transform them into pathways of expression and connection within this open-air theatre.
Each branch becomes a road to explore, a stage, a support, and a symbol of the strength and generosity the tree has offered throughout its existence.
The first part of the performance unfolds on the ground through a research-based approach to acrobatic partnering mixed with dance and physical theatre, where acrobatic shapes emerge and dissolve organically.
Between the first and second parts—when the performance moves into the tree—the audience is invited to join a celebratory procession, a collective ritual honoring both the life and the death of the tree.
